I recently installed this Intake Exhaust Camshaft Sprockets on my 2014 Santa Fe Sport 2.4L, and the difference is noticeable! The camshaft adjusters improved my engine’s timing, giving it smoother acceleration and better fuel economy. I noticed reduced noise and vibration, making my driving experience much more enjoyable. The precise timing adjustment enhances combustion efficiency, giving my engine more power and efficiency. Easy to install and perfectly compatible with my car model—highly recommend for anyone with similar vehicles!

If you have a Kia or Hyundai 2.0L or 2.4L engine from this era, you have a version of the Theta engine, and that means if you want to keep it going for high mileage, you -must- maintain it. More than just oil changes, although those are important too, replacing the timing system around 75,000 miles is really important.Replacing Phasers is critical, and this set is very good - strong return springs and good sized, cleanly machined oil passages in them allow them to operate with the variable oil pressure that is the nature of these engines. The factory units in ours came out all gunked up and that was after very-frequent oil changes on this engine using high-detergent oil every time after initial break-in. If any chunks of gunk make their way through the oil system to get into the crankshaft, that's when you get the infamous rod-knock and "SD" (spontaneous disassembly) also known as a detached rod sticking through the block... Having issues in timing advance can also cause stresses on the bottom end, another reason to be sure to swap out these VVT assemblies. These are well-made replacements, and I'm comfortable using them on our engine to get more mileage out of it. The machine work is very good and the sprockets are forged from billet (not cast, not lathe-turned from bar stock) for a very durable assembly on each. I recommend these.
