So the tin was taped like it was new. However, when the tape was removed the lid was stuck. Once I finally got it opened the ink was all over the inside and on top of the wax paper that normally sits on the ink. Not sure if it was just because the ink was all over the inside but the ink seemed low, kind of like it might have been used. Otherwise the ink was fine.
