Currently in the middle of returning this item. Had this pc for less than 2 weeks and the power supply failed. Also why was google chrome set up already? Why was it then in mandarin? Why could you let the consumer set up the pc themselves? Too many red flags.. Do Not Recommend. Avoid this company! They don’t have a company website either. This needs to be removed from this platform immediately!!!!!

it came in plug and play and only setup was taking out the computer and all the cushioning and what not and pretty crazy that they already give you 80 dollars off, and it only cost a little over a G....like what? but i can say its great, no issues right now, colors are cool, but you have to deal with fan speed and colors with the remote, im not sure if i can use a program to mess with it but its good for now. i just bought this computer to replace my laptop for my racing rig, its almost cubed its a pretty thick tower with like 6 fans on it and a bunch of ventsthere is one thing i wish it had.....a USB-C slot, so if anyone is wondering it does not have one, not on mine atleast, it wouldve really come in handy

Still in the first month's use but so far so good. Was packed well for shipping and everything arrived in good condition. The only concern I had was the computer came already set up so I sent it through a system reset and update to make sure nothing was squirreled away and to transfer my preferred settings over easier. Runs the games I want to play, isn't loud, and doesn't take up as much space as other alternative desktop models.Will update if things go sour, but very pleased with this product so far.

Bought this around 3 weeks ago and I’m loving it lol. It is very fast and reliable, had no problems while gaming. Also looks very good with RGB in the dark. You can adjust the brightness of your fans and even be able to turn them off. For below $900, I’d say this is a very good purchase and recommend!

The PC works great. Quite fans and stays cool. The cable management is terrible though. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't such a jumbled mess.

I've had this for a few days now. It's fast and works well. It came with a small remote that changes the internal light colors and can turn them off, if desired. Don't throw it away! This is a good buy for the $$$. It's a keeper.
