I purchased this as a Christmas gift to go along with a special Christmas ball decoration. Several areas are rough to the touch. Also it was bent pretty far to one side and I was almost afraid to straighten it for fear it would break. However, not having enough time to order and get another in time for Christmas I bent it and finally moved it over enough that the ornament will hang straight. The rough areas I can do nothing about.
