Having some issues one side of lock mechanism is jamming.

This is an absolute piece of junk. First of all the 2 different size machine screws to attach the inside piece with the outside handle are too long, even the short ones. Or more accurately the threads inside the shafts on the handle don't go deep enough. So I decided to gerry-rig it by using some washers. LOOKED like it worked. Set up the cables and the handle and I got it working perfectly from the inside. go outside close the door, unlock the handle only to find out the shaft from the handle outside is smaller than the piece it goes in to on the inside handle and ISN'T ABLE TO TURN THE HANDLE, thus locking me out. AND ALSO it didn't come with a Tinnerman nut.

Tried to save a little money and bought this POS product. After fully installing I find the mechanics of this design is crappy . Out side handle turns but not the inside. Garage door was destroyed trying to get it to open . Amazon should pay for a new door for me

The overall quality is plenty good enough, especially for the price.The lockset, handle and all cable operated parts work smoothly.No instructions are included, so you may have to 'wing it' a bit but with pics, a touch of patience and the Internet, most things are doable.I added a couple old washers I had laying around to make a better capture for the outer cable end loops.I would buy again.
