One thing........ the roll of double sided tape wasn't enough. I had to go buy some. I had 4 more panels to do but other than that my shop will be 22-26 degrees cooler and 15 degrees warmer in the winter. Easy to put up.

We put this on the inside of our garage doors since we turned it into a workout room. Cooled it overall by a good amount and helps keep the AC unit doing it's job. Easy material to cut and tape up.

Product works well, but might need additional good double sided tape. I cleaned the door thoroughly first, like instructed, but the insulation still came off after a relatively short period. Used good double sided tape and its fine. Does reduce heat and cold temps in garage.

I live in the Central Valley of California, where it gets to 107 for about 30 days in the summer. This product has been installed for less than a week and you can feel an amazing difference in the temperature of the garage and the walls that are connected to the garage. My garage door opens to my kitchen and you can feel a huge temperature difference.Should have bought this stuff years ago.Garage door is light aluminum and painted.Two different panel widths that were easy to cut and fit.The width was perfect to fit into the grooves by hand without tape. The lengths were 54 and 44 with a simple cut to fit.Buy It!

The insulated panels are great. The double sided tape sucks and consistently fails to where I have to go back to various locations and re-stick with my own double sided tape.

When insulating a garage door most of are only temporarily heating or cooling our garage for projects. This will fit the bill for a large majority.The insulation came securely packaged and with bonus gifts. They include excellent instructions and what appears to be a direct phone number to the company.Also their was more double sided tape then I needed and something I forgot I'd need...a super nice gift of a disposable razor.The only other thing I did was foil tape my exterior vertical seams. That was for both draft protection as well as esthetics. I think I will end up wishing I used a better reflective tape, but time will tell.Overall I'm super happy with the product and customer service was super quick in returning my message about how much I'd need.10 stars from this buyer.

I was skeptical at how good this was going to work for the added thermal protection. I was blown away at the performance. Installation was fairly easy. I used a sharp pair of cutting scissors instead of the box cutter that was supplied. I marked and measured all the panels and cut the panels to fit each section. This process was slow but I think I had all the pieces cut and installed in a few hours. I took my time and worked over a few days. The following weekend we had a dramatic drop in temperature. I used a laser temp gun and acquired readings on several different locations of the garage door. I went from high to low, with the panel installed and without. I was averaging about 15 to 20 degree difference! I would get a reading of 70 on the panel and about 50 on the metal garage door. I went to the local fabric store and picked up some cheap black felt on sale and cut them out to go over the windows in the top rack of the garage door. With the felt installed and the panels in place, you can't tell from the outside. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is considering it. It has significantly raised the temperature in my garage to make it bearable during the cold winter. I haven't even thought about adding a heater as it is manageable without one so far.

the panels are easy to trim and appear they will do the job. The tape does not hold. I followed the instructions and cleaned the door before installation. The tape is sticking to the panels but not the door. I put the tape on the door and allowed to cure overnight before installing the panels. The tapes does not stick to the door i used denatured alcohol to clean the door first . i think im going use some of the silver tape that you use for duct work to hold them in. Disappointed feel like i should have got the foam squares to put it but we will see if this works out. I could have purchased rolls of this insulation cheaper but thought the "kit" would be better. not happy
