Nothing to dislike.. repaired my garage door .Had a very temperamental garage door and couldn't figure out why it would sometimes stop and go back up. After quite a few days of testing, I figured the rollers were shot. Ordered them at Amazon and a couple of days later I had them. Took me about 45 minutes to replace the all. Works great,highly recommend them.

The quality of the rollers met my expectations. About 10 years ago I replaced the two top rollers on my garage door. I bought them at a local garage door repair business. I paid about 6 dollars for two of them and they only had seven bearings. The remaining 8 rollers had nylon wheels and no bearings, so the new rollers are an upgrade. I've read that steel wheels are noisier than nylon wheels. I don't think that the steel ones are much louder than the nylon wheels. The rollers were easy to install, just remove all the bolts from the hinge except the top one. Loosen the top bolt, swing the hinge sideways and remove the old roller. DO NOT remove the lowest hinge with the garage door closed. The garage door spring is loaded with the door closed. You may need your fingers repaired if you remove the bottom hinge with the spring loaded! I also unplugged the door opener while working on the door.

ITEM ITSELF... all rolled well, bearings went very smoothly. The item fit the track (rollersize wise) and shaft diameter and length were correct. Garage door functions smoothly and well; in that these are a very good replacement for the ancient (20 plus years old) ones that came with the garage when I bought the place. If the dimensions listed match yours, then these are a good replacement. Normally one may not need all 12, hang onto any extras in case of future minor replacement.We have two garage doors and these would fit both so it seems they are a fairly standard size. I gave the product itself five stars because the rollers seem well made, fit well, and roll very well. IF my other garage door needs roller replacement, I would order these again.Only issue was packaging and shipping; there were two missing because it literally looked like someone compromised the flap sealing and reached in straight through the repackaging and into the original packaging and removed a handful. I left feedback. (I order a LOT through Prime and a lot of Warehouse deals, rarely do I have a problem. Almost always it's sing praises about fulfillment and shipping!)I needed 10, it said 12, and I did receive 10. I didn't have time to go through returns and replacement with my garage door defunct and unusable and weather about to turn. I installed them the day of receipt.

They were not all matchingIf you need them for a garage door then these are fine.I needed them to make bench rollers for my work so I had to make sure I had them paired up correctly
