This pan fits over a 23-inch Weber kettle grill. A stovetop with four closely-spaced burners can usually accommodate it nicely as well, but you'll need to rotate the pan during cooking. It is too large for the oven. This paella pan has a dazzling mirror finish that makes a great first impression, but it's also very functional. Will probably last a lifetime. Handles are heavy duty but gold in colour. They really stand out. It also doubles as a cover for my Solo Stove Bonfire.

Just a gorgeous, gorgeous pan. In every way. Now the centerpiece of my all my entertaining. Fits perfectly on the big Weber kettle. High impact service piece for giant party platters of anything. Retains its beauty after many uses. Mine is 2yrs old, looks new.

Excellent quality, large size. Feeds a ton of people. My wife lived in Barcelona, and takes her paella seriously. This is her fourth pan-- enough to feed 20 people or so, and she loves it. I bought a 26" Weber BBQ grill to handle this size pan, and it works well. This baby is sturdy, solid and is very authentic.

The pan is a great show piece. I like the size since we had a large group for dinner, BUT, it does not fit in the standard oven nor did it fit in my Vision cooker. Placed in on my Wolf external gas burner, but had trouble getting the hear evenly distributed.

I was looking for a staniless steel paella pan that was big enough to feed 16 people, that was easy to clean and long lasting, that fitted in my round Weber charcoal grill and that handle bars that did not burn my hand when I finished cooking. This pan meet all those requirements. The cheaper carbon and steel paella pans are very hard to maintain and they do not last long.
