Your cart is empty.This pan serves 20 to 40 people and is made of enamel-coated steel, which offers convenience and value, and also makes fantastic paella. Its carbon steel base provides great heat conduction, and the black and white speckled enamel finish protects the pan to prevent rusting. The enamel also makes it a bit easier to clean, even if you've managed to get a good layer of socarrat (caramelized rice on the bottom of the pan). Go with either the model L60 or G600 paella burner for cooking, or cook over a grill or fire pit. PAN DIMENSIONS: Top diameter is 32" (including handles it is 39 1/4"); bottom diameter is 28 3/4"; Depth is 3". Comes with an informative pamphlet with two recipes, tips for perfect paella, and care instructions.

I have used this pan almost a dozen times. It's a real party pleaser. I don't think there is an outdoor cooking event that draws more attention from the crowd, than watching you make Paella. I have done BBQ (charcoal), Deep Fry and Pizza in my outdoor kitchen and Paella beats them all. We have been able to prepare 60 servings (1 serving=1 cup) easily and I am betting it will go to 70.

Not much to say except that it is great for a large paella party. I also used it for making jams. It is great for reducing liquids as it allows very large surface of evaporation. I used it on 3 ring paella burner. It is probably the largest size of pan that can be put on it (without a crane JK).

Excellent Paella Pan, the only problem was the wrapping, the seller didn't protected it very well, and the paella pan came with a piece of enamel jumped off the edge, but still yet I used it and everybody was pleased with my paella.
