I picked these up for my wife, and I no idea that she would love them as much as she does. She says they are really cute, which, I didn't think mattered, but I guess this makes a difference when you’re out there pulling weeds and pruning all day.My wife spends a good 4 hours a day in our quarter acre garden. She says these are comfortable, fit perfectly and offer decent protection. Sure, there's touchscreen fingertips, but who is going to pull their phone out, when there's dirt all over everything. I suppose if you are using these as winter gloves, then those touchscreen tips may come in handy.I will say that from my perspective, I think they are a bit on the thin side. Not too thin, just a little thinner than I expected for a garden glove and so I asked my wife, do you think these will last and she was quick to say, yes, definitely, that these should last her a good 6 months of daily gardening use would be totally a good value.I can't help but wonder if she's bias because she loves the style. If your wife loves gardening as much as mine does, this set will get you some brownie points. These are not heavy duty, but for medium gardening work, these work fine. My wife gives these 5 stars.

Nice, attractive garden gloves - for light gardening only tho. These are rather small, thin, and wimpy! Not like my thick genuine leather gloves! But ok for some light afternoon deadheading or seed sewing

Okay, so I'm not exactly a master gardener or anything. I dabble. I like puttering around, trying to keep my little patch of flowers and herbs alive, but my hands always end up looking like I wrestled a rose bush (which, let's be honest, sometimes I feel like I have). Enter these Maygrove Gardening Gloves! Seriously, where have these been all my gardening life? First off, the leather is surprisingly soft. I was expecting stiff and bulky, but these were comfy right from the start. They fit my medium-sized lady hands perfectly – snug enough to give me good control, but not so tight that they feel restrictive. And the gray and blue color is cute, which, let's be honest, matters! The real test, though, was dealing with my thorny rose bushes (my nemesis!). These gloves held up like champs. Not a single prickle got through! I was able to prune and deadhead without fear, which is a huge win in my book. Plus, I could actually feel what I was doing. They weren't so thick that I felt clumsy. Another unexpected bonus? The touchscreen compatibility! I can actually check my phone to look up planting tips or snap a picture of my progress without taking my gloves off. Genius! Honestly, these Maygrove gloves have made gardening so much more enjoyable. My hands are protected, I have great control, and they're even cute! Five stars from this happy gardener. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their hands happy while they're playing in the dirt.

These gloves are so much nicer than I expected them to be. The quality looks excellent and the sizing is spot on. (I got medium.) They are very flexible and allow complete ease of finger movement, and they are very sturdy, yet they are not bulky. The palms have padding in the areas where one normally is prone to getting blistering or irritation from using garden instruments, all the fingertips are made of the stronger material and there is extra reinforcement on the tips of the thumb, index and third fingers, which are the areas where most garden gloves wear out first and develop holes. There is gentle gathering at the wrist to help prevent dirt from entering the interior and to keep the gloves in place. They don't make my hands feel sweaty inside. They are super comfortable. The photos I've attached might make it look like the gloves are thick and bulky but rest assured they are not.I usually buy cloth gloves that are cheap but don't last long and get holes in the fingers rapidly, but these gloves, while more expensive, look like they will stand up to all my gardening tasks very well.I was skeptical about the claim that you can use your cell phone with these gloves, so I tested it out and it's indeed true.I'm in New England and writing this in January. It's cold out, we have snow on the ground, and so I haven't actually had a chance to garden with these gloves yet. When I do, if they fall short, I will edit the review, but I must say that just from wearing and inspecting them, I'm very impressed and feel they are a very good value for the price and that the design is very thoughtful. It's as if gardeners gave input on what they do and don't want in a glove. We want a strong glove that is very flexible and not bulky and allows our fingers to be nimble, all while protecting our hands, especially in the more vulnerable areas. These gloves meet all those criteria.Designed in California, made in China.

Fit is good, true to size. Comfortable to work in. Sturdy. Held up during the spring planting season. I have a greenhouse and, usually by the endof planting I have worn a hole in the finger tips but these gloves have held up still intact!
