This is great for tracking my GSP and black lab when hiking, hunting, or just exploring. Crazy to see how far they run in a day compared to us. Service was excellent as well as I had to make a swap and they made it seamless.

Product arrived way before schedule. All items were in perfect condition and working order.This unit is way better than I could have expected. I won’t be without one ever again. We live in a semi remote area with 100s of acres of rough woodland surrounding our farm. GPS unit gives my dog freedom to run the farm so I can work without watching the dogs like a hawk and leash free hikes in the woods. I like the customizable buttons to assign the training action where I want it. Dog compass and track line are super handy. Will be experimenting with track lines for trailing to see how accurate my tracking dog is.

I purchased and paid extra to have it delivered by a certain date as we really needed it for our camping trip and our dog has recently started running off. It was 4 days late. Not sure if they sent it via my expedited shipping method. Unit arrived with a bad battery that won't take a charge and the unit won't work on battery power at all. So I go to return it like I have a few times before for defective equipment purchased through Amazon, and Conkey's won't pay the return shipping. UPS wants $45 to ship it back. So, all in all, I'm out $65 for the privilege of sending back an expensive defective product that I never got to use. Buy it somewhere else.
