The caps for the spouts do not fit. There is some leakage around the bottom of the spout and the container.

Doesn't fit those stupid California rectangular cans (No spill) but fit the other no spill can. It doesn't fit the diesel can either. I wish I hadn't bought so many because I have some remaining.

Quick tip: the cap for the spout is actually the one with the brim (and there are silicon gaskets for you to put inside - like the picture). It took me a couple of minutes of fiddling to realise what the instructions were trying to say and then I realised I was originally trying to screw a vent cap onto the spout (it has an integrated ring) and that doesn't fit.The spout is sturdy plastic - I was worried that it would be flimsy and bend too easily, but this is not the case.However, this did not fit some of my gas cans.... specifically the red 5 gallon ones from Harbor Freight. Although the thread width is correct, the gas can has deeper grooves than the cap can accommodate. So..unfortunately these will probably be going back.

I hated the factory supplied 5-gal gas can nozzles (EPA Criminals), these nozzles fit perfect, the vent holes were easy to drill out, and most important; NO LEAKS. The gas accually fills the mower fast like in the old days.Overall a very affordable solution for new and used plastic gas cans.
