Assembly instructions were only somewhat clear--the hardware should have been labeled better. There was only about 1/8" difference in two of the screw sizes but they all came bagged together and of course, that 1/8" difference was important. Separate bags for each size would have made assembly a much easier project. I like the space that the two cooking surfaces allows. My only negative (once it's assembled) is that there is nothing to hold the charcoal "drawer" in place, so it can slide out while you're carrying it. Hope you don't mind ashes on your shoes even if you thought it was empty. It's too nice a grill to have to wrap it with a bungee cord to keep that drawer from falling out. 2 stars for careless packaging, 5 stars for the way it cooks once you get it put together, 1 star for potentially making a mess after you're finished.

Living in an apartment it is nice to be able to grill from time to time, but without a patio we don't have a reason to have a big grill. This is the perfect compromise. You can take this camping, which is what I am planning to do, to a park or wherever. It is compact and easy to store and so cute. I think that this would make a great gift for anyone in your life but especially a guy who loves to grill. Perfect for Christmas! I highly recommend.

really like this product used it to do some grilling at a local park with my family, rented a table this fit perfect at the end of a pic nick table. easy to clean and store, perfect for a compact little charcoal grill

this charcoal grill is a decent size to take to the beach for an afternoon cookout. I like that I have enough room for a couple steaks and some burgers. The assembly took me about 45 minutes which if the screws were separated and labeled it would have been faster. I am happy with the grill and can recommend it.
