The Gate Wheel (ASIN B0DFVN75V8) from TOROTEK comes with mounting hardware and gloves.There's little doubt this is a quality product. This is designed to handle both even and uneven surfaces (shock allows wheel to float) and it offers absolute solid construction - the weight alone tells you all you need to know - this is an absolute beast. The only thing I'd have done differently (and this is nit picking) is used a softer rubber compound for the wheel.

Nice quality rolling caster for electronic gate. This caster was easy to install on the electronicaly opened gate as it was replacement for an old existing caster. The caster rolls smoothly and effortlessly on gate opening and closing. It is sturdy and functions well. The size was as described in the product description.

This gate wheel is well built and designed. It is quite heavy due to the amount of steel.I love that the wheel is large. It can handle rolling over leaves and small stones.

Go tthis for a fence door that is a little bit too wide and getting hard on the hinges. Unfortunately, I'm unable to install during winter but I've looked at it and the thing seems really, really sturdy. It weights almost 10 pounds, so you can imagine this isn't made for light duty. ALso, the spring is great as it should allow to pass over uneven ground (my gate opens on a gravel entryway) without any issue and should also help during the winter with snow. Defenitely what I needed and better than expected.

I added this to a gate that is over a grass lawn. I wasn't sure if I should go to 8 inches, but the 6 inch model is working great, and holding ground on top of the lawn without sinking down.This is well made, strong, and heavy duty. It's not stainless, but should last a long time. The grease fitting is a nice touch and something I look for.5 out of 5 stars.

This was a pleasant surprise in that the build quality surpassed my expectations. Quite heavy duty, and definitely strong enough for our 16 ft farm gate. The swivel is smooth, and the spring seems a good mix of tension and flex to go over the bumps our our dirt/grass driveway. I think some of these are designed for paved roads only as they can't handle the slightest unevenness. this one handles it fine. Impressed.

The fence gate wheel works well with my large wooden gate. The heavy-duty wheel can handle up to 500 pounds. It is sturdy, rotates 360 degrees, and allows easy gate movement on the concrete surface. The spring-loaded casters provide stability and ease of use. The wheel is durable, good quality, easy to install, and should last a long time. The good value wheel fit my gate.

This guy is pretty heavy duty! Installation is pretty straightforward--the kit included two U-brackets and four nuts to secure the wheel assembly to the gate (6 holes in the assembly, tho...)Those brackets have been more than enough to keep things secured in place. The wheel rolls very well on concrete. I'd be interested to see how it would perform on grass/dirt.BONUS: This wheel did help prevent/solve a minor sagging issue I had with this particular gate.
