I completely went through my new-to-me Junk-Yard motor for my 1999 Toyota 4Runner 3.4 V-6 5VX-FE. This Hose is one that is pretty tough to access on the car, but engine on the stand definitely the time to replace it before motor went into car. I don't think this part number showed up on cross reference for 4Runner/Tacoma/Tundra with 3.4... I can't remember a few were dirent part # others I found a list on message board comparing others and I went cheap and found WAY Cheaper parts such as this hose that the straight end was a little too long and had to cut to fit but 1/3 the price
