Fits fine on my 4Runner and looks like it will do well. This is the same belt the dealership was going to use if they replaced it. They wanted to charge me 3 times more for the belt and another $175 for the install. Install was simple, took just a few minuets.

My truck had just over 40k before it started developing a squeal when it first started up for a minute or two. It progressively kept getting a little louder and a little longer as time went on. Got this as a replacement and no more squeal. Its been about a month now and no issues!

This fit perfectly on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4X4 V6. It went on in about 30 minutes or less. I would buy this again, and it fixed my belt chirping issue.
