Great Product! I have had one and we liked it so much I got another one. Not sure why the above had their issues but we haven't had a bit of a problem. I am sure it was something that could of been easily corrected. Definitely recommend though!

These cases are a great concept, but they don't work. The electrical system is plagued with issues, causing it to fail on lift frequently. Gator did not design in an over-ride, so after spending hundreds of dollars shipping these around, they are unable to be used. We purchased 3 of them & they all had the same issue--unfortunately, the time we spent trying to resolve the issue put us outside the return window with Amazon, so now we're stuck with 3 expensive door stops. Absolutely do not buy these units! Just like the other reviewer said, they don't work. Jelco makes a much better non-electric lift that is spring-loaded & works 100% of the time, we ended up buy 8 of those & love them!

Easy set up, just have to install the supplied wheels and attach supplied mounting brackets to the monitor.The problem I had was with the electric motor. It would not go up an down all the time. Several calls directly to Gator did not resolve the issue so returned unit and ordered a replacement (not yet here). return process could not have gone any smoother with Amazon!
