This is a decent valve and seems well made.The valve opens/closes easily and seals well.The only challenge to this type of valve is that the valve needs to swing closed (without a spring) and the performance may change depending on how its mounted -In a system with the pipes full of water it seems to work reasonably well in most positions but if its in a system with a low volume of water or air, you need gravity to close the valve for you -Nothing wrong with the valve itself just position sensitive.Low forward pressure to open and seals well
