I bought these big heads to use at my sister’s 50th birthday party, just like I did for my bother’s. I couldn’t find the company I used for his l, as it was a couple years ago, so went with this business because most people seemed happy with her products. First, the other company emailed a preview to ok the photo enlarged, this one did not. I had no idea how the picture quality would be for this type of thing and no option to maybe upload a better one. This photo of the photo looks better than it does in person. It’s blurry, you can see a bunch of texture due to the poster type board it’s on, and there’s no adhesive for the sticks to attach to their photo. I gave them 2 starts because they came in on time and well packaged. The quality is not good and whatever it’s printed on is a terrible choice since it makes lines that’s further make the photo look bad.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I’m not normally one to leave a review, but my experience was so bad I’m hoping I can save someone else from going through the same thing.I ordered this item and paid more than double the cost of the item for shipping because I needed it by a certain date. I had no problem paying the extra shipping costs because I needed to make sure I got it in time before I left for my wedding. We wanted to have a big head of our pet since she couldn’t be at the wedding with us.Unfortunately, the item did not arrive in time. In fact, it arrived days after the delivery date I was provided. I contacted the seller to discuss this issue and the possibility of reimbursement of the shipping costs (I was NOT seeking a refund for the item itself) as it did not arrive by the date I paid for it to arrive.The seller was entirely unhelpful and kept giving me the run around. The seller demanded I request a refund through Amazon directly, but I provided screenshots showing this was not an option available to me with this order. Then, the seller stopped responding entirely.Though I was not seeking a refund for the item, only a refund of the shipping costs, the item itself was poor quality. The image was very dark and grainy. I’ve used this same exact photo of my pet for prints/wall decor with no issues before so I don’t believe it was my photo.Save yourself the hassle and do not buy this product or any products from this seller.
