Thing is cool, and while I understand the hole being wide (for various sizes) I still feel it should be slightly smaller. The sticks basically balance themselves in there, but if you hit this at all, the sticks will fall out.

The holes are big, and at a slant. So, the sticks keep falling out. I must balance them carefully for them not to just slide out onto the floor. Otherwise, this is cool.

This display stand is unique and would make a great gift for any drummer. While I would love if the sculpture was the same size as a full size hand, it’s still large enough and heavy enough to hold up the sticks with no problem. The plaster material is heavy and doesn’t feel hollow. I love the idea of a little light behind the display like the listing. Nice
