I bought this drill to install railing on my stairs. I had to drill holes in concrete to install anchor bolts. I tried using my regular non-hammering drill but it was slow and wore out my bits. This did the job. So happy I got this drill for such a low price. Now I have a drill to handle concrete for any future projects.

Used only twice for no more than 10 minutes with breaks and the second time drilling 2" hole into concrete it started sparking inside, then began to lose power and smoke.. It's a .total waste of money..

It got the mortar mixed, but it did start smoking when I ran it for longer periods of time (30-60 seconds). For the price, I'm not going through the trouble of returning it.

What can I say this hammer drill probably saved my life. After coming home several late evenings and falling down in my driveway due to insufficient lighting I know it was time to fix my old run down lamp post. The Genesis helped me set anchor wedges in the concrete with ease. Thank you Genesis!

However I ran it through its paces on a construction job drilling through sheet metal about 250 3/4 inch holes and it lasted less than a week.

Bought this hammer drill because it was cheaper to rent used. It was done the job in less than five minutes. Wish I had a bought it earlier this year. Great product good price.
