I was just replacing the older garage door opener that I had. However I did have to do adjusting and couldn't use the same exact locations of the unit itself and where the tracking went. Other than that it was pretty easy I just took my time. My only real complaint is the chain rattles against the track a bit as it's opening and closing so it can be a little noisy. It was a fair price for a solid product, the keypad is a nice touch as well

These are cheaper and much more heavy duty than their counterparts from a home improvement store. My one and only complaint is they were slightly too small to properly attach onto the joists leading me to have to add a third piece of angle iron to close the gap. Just game up about 4 inches short.
