Since using this tape I've noticed a huge difference in my daughter's behavior. She used to be cranky and unfocused in the mornings but now she wakes up refreshed, alert, and has a better attitude. Her teachers have even commented that she seems more attentive in class. It's a really amazing product.

Before using this tape my son would wake up cranky and tired no matter how long he slept. Since we started using this tape he sleeps peacefully and mornings are so much easier! The tape is gentle, breathable, and effective. I wish we had started using it sooner!

This mouth tape is way too big for the average mouth and does not stay on for most of the night. The opening in the middle is too wide.
