I returned a Dorman halogen headlight bulb retainer and bought this retainer for my 1994 Ford Ranger. The Dorman pkg cautioned that the retainer was for 9004 type bulb (94 Ranger takes 9007 type), but it seems that with minor mod that Dorman retainer could have been made to fit. The 'Genuine Ford' OEM design cost 2x more than the Dorman, but the fit was perfect; installation was a snap. Will buy again if the other headlight bulb retainer breaks.

Part is exact for my truck - delivery was slow but, the reason I'm giving it 4 stars is I very surprised to receive only 1. I thought for sure there was 2.

The headlight retainer as good as OEM . This is a quality part well worth the cost and I had no problem installing it in my ford ranger.
