Item is a real oem Honda part, but the plastic that it came in was slightly different than oem (probably doesn’t matter) and the bearing wasn’t as oiled as oem but still great and over half the price as oem!

This bearing saved me the cost of a new half shaft. All you need is this and a new seal to save over $100 on higher mileage maintenance. Very easy to install once the halfshaft is removed from the transfer case. I got a steal on an open box items and paid pennies on the dollar. Thanks amazon.
