Fit perfect, 06 accord, Manual Trans, drivers side axle seal. Was able to push in by hand, loose fit. But the factory seal was the same way, you can take it out by hand. Doesn't leak at all. Did put a smudge of Hondabond on the outer wall to seal and hold it in place.

I received the item as soon as promised, and only got around to work on the vehicle today since the leak from the seal was not that bad. After removing the old seal, and trying to install with this one. It turned out to be smaller than the original one. Amazon policy stated that I could no longer return it after June 01, 2016. This part definitely is not for the 2005 Honda Accord DX. Honda Dealer, here i come. This review directed more toward Amazon's part-matching system, not so much the part seller or the part itself. The correct part # should have been 91206-PX5-005.
