This O-Ring goes on the ATF Filter cap for some mid-2000's Honda V6 transmissions. It should be replaced when the filter 25450-RAY-003 is replaced. This is not a Honda scheduled service but many owners do it because it's a filter and must have some kind of lifetime associated with it. The filter is located on top of the transmission under the air intake and brake balancer, removing the battery is pretty much required to get to it.
