Functionally it's great. I read those styles that hook around the headrest come off in turns, so this style seems to be the best. This would've been perfect if it wasn't for the strong mildew smell that about knocked me over as soon as I opened the bag. Maybe it's just mine and others stayed dry.

This leather car seat hook is a great product! It is well made with genuine leather that is a great match with my black leather car interior. The hooks are gunmetal in color, and they are not only attractive but strong as well. The hooks work on both the front of the seat (pics 1-3) and the back of the seat (pic 4). They can be flipped around depending on whether you want to use them next to you or behind the seat. I prefer using this product on the front of my passenger seat to hold my backpack or purse so that it does not fly off of the front seat when I stop the car. I tried the hooks using one and both hooks, and they work both ways. I prefer using one hook for my backpack, as it is usually heavy with water bottles in it. Using one hook allows the purse to sit on the seat, yet it is firmly secured by the hook. Even using one hook, the seat hook stays firmly on the headrest extension bar. When I have someone sit in the passenger front seat, I just have to flip the seat hook around to the back. I do not need to remove it. It is easy to use and has so many functions. I highly recommend this product.

I have never been one to hang things from the back headrest in my vehicle, but I got very tired of my purse sitting on the floorboard every time I got in my car. This leather hook is very nice and heavy-duty and can be used for a lot of different things. I like that there are two hooks because I actually use both hooks to hang my purse on. I know it is secure there and I do not have to worry about it falling off. They blend right in to the black leather upholstery and still lay quite flat on the seat when not in use. This hook/strap is a very good price for a quality, high-end leather accessory for your vehicle.

These are nice and sturdy purse holders, I do not like that they are stiff and don’t sit flat on the seat but I am hoping with time they flatten out. Super convenient having this item to hang my purse on instead of tossing it on the floor!

this attaches to the headrest in seconds, and seems very sturdy. The hooks are large enough to hold groceries or a ladies handbag, so you do not have your items on the floor of the back seat. Clean design, and small, just what I was looking for. Great for the price.

This Jayanes Genuine Leather Car Seat Hooks for Headrest - Flexible Car Seat Back Storage Hook is a great idea. It looks nice, is made of leather, useful, and comes in handy. Like most travelers, we almost allways need something out out a handbag that seems to be allways be buried somewhere under a ton of stuff.... pen, paper, credit card, phone list, etc,,,. Now it is a simple matter of reaching behind the seat to get the needed item out of the bag,I used my wife's purse for picture because it always seem to weigh a ton.... not sure what all is in that purse,,,, but it could be used a weapon. There are two hooks on the Jayanes Car Seat Hooks and since the purse is heavy, I used both hooks. Then I decided to try using one hook to see if that would present a problem, as shown in the second photo.... there did not seem to a problem. I personally will probably not try to hang too many things on the back of the seat because it will start to be hard to find things. I am considering getting another Jayanes Car Seat hook to use on the other front seat.Again I like this Jayanes Genuine Leather Car Seat Hooks for Headrest - Flexible Car Seat Back Storage Hook.

Most bag/purse hooks are metal or hard plastic. They either don’t sit flat & must raise the headrest or may rub my leather seats over time. These are great! Good fit on the headrest post (I don’t need to raise the headrest to reposition from the front of the seat to the back), lay flat, very sturdy and attractive. I’m buying more for gifts!
