Genuine Nissan part and a quality piece. You might need a set of pullers to get the old one out depending upon your luck. Some recommend a bit of sealant upon install of the old one, others don't. I found using a small section of ABS pipe helped me ensure the seal was going in evenly and seated properly. Don't bother paying a shop to do this for you, just take your time and you'll be fine.
