Shows up in a little Ziploc bag with a sticker saying "OEM". Size does not match description. Just avoid altogether.

I broke bolt off in my 2017 Cruze Valve cover after replacing the gasket. After using a reverse drill bit to extract the broken screw this was an exact match. So glad Amazon carried it and it had a reasonable price and shipping time.
