Fits perfectly for my 08 is250. Ten minutes job. Trick is using a long breaker bar with 14mm socket. Turn counter clockwise.

Great item. Found, aka researched, the part number for an OEM belt and this was it. Way cheaper then local Lexus dealer (and toyo) and around 20 minutes to install on a Lexus IS250.Not idea why Amazon says will not fit since Lexus dealer was work, it is the part number and length/ribs. Thanks
