I recently purchased the Heiss Energy-Efficient Cast Aluminum Roasting Pan with Lid, 5 Quart, White, and it arrived with an issue. The top knob was shipped inside the roasting pan, causing damage to the interior coating in multiple places.As this defect impacts the usability and quality of the product, I emailed Heiss customer service twice since November 2024 and they do not reply so I would suggest avoiding this brand and manufacture due to their poor handling of my issue.

It says 8oz but it’s even smaller than that. I wanted to make small breads in it but it is so small could barely make a muffin in it.

This pan has short stubby handles so it has no problem fitting in a toaster oven. It is an ideal size for a single serving, is easy to clean, holds heat well, and doesn't warp while baking. Much better than the sheet pan that came with the toaster oven. The build quality is better than expected for the price I paid (the price has increased as of this review). Will update if the ceramic coating ever chips.
