Ordered a medium because that’s what size the doctors said my boot was. I tried this shoe on and my foot disappears in it. The way the straps are designed it doesn’t even look like it would tightly fit a foot twice my size.I was busy for a month after receiving it so I never got around to returning it and now I’m just out the money.

I just received my post op boot but I won't be having my surgery for a few weeks but the boot fits perfect and has good support. I had one years ago and it was nothing the same , this one has so much more support and the bottom is really thick and sturdy. The heal also fits really good and you can make it what ever size you want over top of your foot depending on the swelling. I'm very happy with the quality and I'm sure it will work great. Very Pleased.

Here’s an example of an engineered product. All aspects of use addressed do it will perform as intended. Not like the one I returned which was flimsy and at best like a flip flop sandal. Comfortable, stays in place, easy and confident to walk with.

I have a lot of bandages on my foot, and it is difficult to fasten even a post-op shoe to it. But this one is even more difficult. First, you have plastic fastener loops for the velcro on both the left (front two straps) and right (strap near the ankle) sides of the shoe, so you have to be able to reach both the left and right sides. Second, if you have a lot of bandages (the injury is to my heel) the velcro straps aren't long enough. Third, the way the two fastenings nearer the toes work is that the strap is the hook side of the velcro and there is a separate piece with loops on both sides that you stick at the end of the strap and use it to fold back on the rest of the strap. There are two problems with this: the end of the strap is now twice as thick, making it difficult to get the double thickness through the plastic fastener loop, and the extra piece could fall off (especially when pulling the strap open through the plastic fastener loop) and get lost.The result for me is that I can't use the shoe at all. However, it appears well made and the sole looks good.

I broke my little toe and it was agony to put weight on it. After a week of resting I bought this shoe, feeling sceptical but I cannot emphasise how wonderful it has been. It fits easily and well, is very light weight and allows me to walk on my injured foot as it is completely flat, so no pressure is excerpted on the toes and it is very padded but soft and lightweight. A really good buy.
