Only lasted 2 years and 3 months. No longer cooks it crispy. After 30 minutes, crust of frozen pizza still floppy. I hoped it would last longer.

So box was all opened,and crunched,pizza oven has a ding on top,tray was so bent would not slide in or out,works ok.could be hotter. My husband bent it back into shape so it would slide in and out.. Not to happy was a Christmas gift,

The oven works faster than a larger oven. My only problem with it is that the door does not seal as well against the oven body to prevent heat leakage. It also would be nice to have some kind of temperature control.

This oven was purchased in April and within 6 months the elements weren't working properly. The oven will get warm but the elements will not get red. Instead of only taking 20 minutes to cook a pizza it now takes at least 45 minutes. This oven is only used 4 to 5 times a week and is already shot. I definitely do not recommend this oven.

Item gets lots of use with older kids warning leftovers especially pizza. Heats quickly and keeps the crust crisp vice soggy like the microwave.
