The trampoline looks very nice, and it seems like the springs are strong, but it took 2 times on it before the bars for the net snapped in half from a 3 year old hanging on it. I get that’s not meant to be climbed, but it is a kid and it’s going to happen. And 30 pounds of weight should not snap a metal pole in less than 5 seconds.

Received my trampoline yesterday, super easy to set up. Seems sturdy enough for a few kids to jump on itKids love it.Just a peice of advice for anyone else who orders, wear gloves when handling the metal frame peices. My hands looked like I dipped them in silver glitter when I was done. Came off easy with soap and water though

Great trampoline, even better house destroyer! I built it and within a week we had a storm. Caused thousands of dollars in damage to my neighbors house! Again a great trampoline but you gotta buy the stakes. It was a twisted mess and our neighbors house was beaten to a pulp. So was our bank account btw

Finally received all of the boxes. (3 total). The first 3 of 3 box came on the day it was supposed to but there was no notice or message that there were more boxes or that they were delayed. I had to file a question with Amazon and it took til the next day to receive an answer that they had shipped the other 2 and at that time provided tracking. It still didn't show up on the designated day but arrived the following day.I like the product but they lack communication and customer service. If there are 3 boxes you should make sure they are there physically and ship together. They did answer my question but I had to go to them instead of them owning the issue and providing guidance.As far as the trampoline it is nice. I bought the 15ft version and everything was there including the instructions. Easy to follow and everything went together as it should. Took maybe 3 hours total. My daughter loves it so I would recommend it if they can get it to you.

Assembly was a pain in the rear. The instructions were vague.We’ve owned it for 5 weeks and our pad is already damaged. A leg dislocated while kids were jumping and it punctured the pad. I’m not impressed by the quality!

My husband was able to put it together by himself in less than 3-4 hours. Kids play non stop. I’ve even burned calories on it. Feels very safe and a slight give to the bounce. My husband did get in and the tie on the mat covering the coils ripped, but he is 225 pounds. I would for sure recommend!

We like the trampoline overall. The bounce is great, the size is terrific (14 ft), and we love the ladder. The only issue we have is with the net, which sags into the jumping space no matter how tight we pull it, and it's already torn a couple of times. Generally, we're happy with it, even if I have a feeling the net will need to be replaced sooner than later.
