When we received these we got them and they were broken. The box they were packed in DID NOT have sufficient space or packing for all the glass BUT, when we asked for a refund/ replacement the seller was on it and expedited them quickly as they were a gift for a Boss. All in all good product, great customer service.

Ordered this as a wedding gift for family member, great price for excellent work. Received product only few days after ordering. When it arrived, there was one glass broken in package from shipping (not their fault) they worked very quickly to respond to replace with a new glass. Excellent work, product, and customer service for a great price.
