I used one of these to replace an unknown origin 3950 10K thermistor and it is clear that these are working fine with no changes to calibration. It's been in use daily for a few weeks now and continues to perform without any issues. If the 5% tolerance is good enough for your needs then these are a great option.

Ten items were promised; 10 were delivered. All were functional. After testing I conclude: (a) these thermistors achieved good consistency (i.e., any one thermistor reports the same value as any other under the same conditions); (b) the temperature reported from these thermistors is close those values from more accurate sensors; (c) my specific results only apply to measurements made near room temperature (71F and 80F); (d) I would buy from this vendor again;Boring test details: I measured temperature via the Steinhart-Hart equation; I did not measure the SH-H parameters for these MF58 thermistors (i.e., I used the parameters derived by others). At 22C (71F via digital thermometer) the measured value (mean) was 22.6C w/ a range 22-23. At 27C (80F) the mean temperature was 28.7C w/ a range 28-29. These ranges are consistent w/ those measured concurrently w/ two control 10Kohm thermistors. Finally, the values measured via a DHT11 (KY-015) thermal sensor were 22C and 27.5C, respectively.

These thermistors are working really well. Really good sensitivity. Like I put my finger on her and the reading goes up immediately which is what I needed.
