I ordered two of these. They came in separate boxes but both had several scrapes on the finish. Both were on the top surfaces. The damage appears to be at the site of packaging/manufacturer. The result was a disappointed customer. Would not recommend due to quality of finished product.

I love the towel rack, but there were no brackets or instructions in the box:-( I wanted to contact the seller, but I don't see how.Those little circle brackets were not in the box. Now the dumb thing is just sitting on the floor. Im not even sure how to find new brackets. If any one can help, please do!

Nice product looks great. However, you must order the rack and the mounting brackets each separately. The problem is that neither arrives with set-screws to connect them. The paperwork says that the set-screws are to be included with the rack, not the mounting bracket. Amazon sent me two racks and neither came with screws. They are a short chrome non-standard screw that took me a little work to find.

really great quality and perfect size - most other train racks were too large for my space. timeless design and beautiful chrome finish - solid but not heavy! (keep in mind you will need a separate mounting kit to hang this).awesome communication and shipping from seller HomePlumbing too - very happy :)
