I like the fact that they are comfortable after 60 miles. That is a hard ride, but the shorts performed really well. I was kind of surprised.I would choose them over Assos, or Pearl Izumi.I don’t know how well they will wear overtime, but initially they are very good

I do not usually write product reviews. I was reluctant to spend this much on a pair of cycling shorts, but pickings were slim in January, so I went for it. When I first put the shorts on, I was worried because the chamois was stiff and I almost felt like I was being forced to waddle when I walked. Once I got on my bike, I found them to be very comfortable. The chamois is everywhere it needs to be, without being excessively squishy. The leg grippers are large, but also add considerable comfort. One trick I learned was to put my left foot up on a chair and then step back and down with the right leg in order to force the left gripper up high enough my thigh to allow the shorts to seat properly, the repeat with the right foot (once you have the shorts, this will make more sense). For reference, I am 5'10", 165 pounds with a medium build. I ride about 100 miles a week, with a long ride of about 60 miles.
