Before ordering I measured how long 15 inches length should be, it was definitely not! More like 8inches long!

It's a cute skirt, but cheap. Smells pretty bad out of the bag. Had to air out and spray.

I bought these in a few different colors for my granddaughters, who are average sized 18-30 month old toddlers. The fit will be perfect on them. They are nice quality and style for the money. However, this item runs very small. Kids the size of those show in the advertisement photos would never fit into these little tutus.
