Daughter actually liked swimming in this because she loves hoodies, and this did help with the the sun. It protected her skin very well. It’s easy to just throw on rather than try and get a kid to stand still and put on sunscreen that you need to keep reapplying to her arms, back and shoulders. It fits loosely, which can be a draw back swimming, so go down a size maybe? She is very narrow and thin though, so this might not apply to all. It looks nice and washes well. Excellent for the pool and keeping cool. It’s not too hot when dry, and when wet actually cools you down, which is a good or bad thing depending on the weather.Like it, wish they made an adult size that was zip up for myself!

My daughter wears this on cooler days for lacrosse but also as a sunshirt/cover up after the beach. Super lightweight, great material for athletics

This top is super comfortable and makes a great layer under a soccer jersey. It's lightweight so she doesn't overheat, but also keeps her warm enough when it's windy. Plus, it's easy to clean. Which is a must with outdoor kids sports.

My Granddaughter loves that this hoodie fits underneath other outter wear garments she wears, especially now that its colder. The seams are what makes this hoodie so perfect for her as she has rather sensitive skin right now and things can "rub her the wrong way"! I'm going to buy other colors until she outgrows them. She's 11 yrs old and I bought one size up as she doesn't want things too tight around her chest. The material keeps it's shape and fits great.

The color matched the picture. My daughter loved the thumb holes and didn’t mind wearing it in the sun. It made a great pullover at night when it was cooler or in the water to keep the sun off.

My 3 year old granddaughter loves this shirt. I wear thumb hole shirts and she wanted one too! I ordered the pink and just ordered one in black. Runs a little bit large, but she’ll be able to wear it for more than a year. It’s perfect.
