We had a 70s themed birthday party for our mom, turning 70. This little vest totally completed my 2 year old granddaughters outfit. Wish I could have found one in MY size!! It was a little big on her but we ended up putting a ribbon on the front and tying it on.

This little vest is definitely a 70’s look with fringe around the bottom. It’s crocheted very well and sizing is good. You can layer this with dressy clothes or casual in summer or winter. It says it is machine washable but I have concerns with that because it’s 100% cotton. Cotton will shrink if not preshrunk and it does not say that in the description. I also worry about lint since it is cotton. I think I’ll opt to hand wash and lay flat to dry so I can be sure it retains its shape. It may be a little extra work but I am ok with that because it’s so cute.
