I'm an adult who has a smaller head. I am a 19 inch circumference. This wig fits great. I didn't need to use the straps. edit.After wearing this wig a few days I have found that is is CHEAP. Like the cap shows up through all the hair it's peach and the wig is pink. You can totally tell you have a wig on. OK for a kids one night costume but I wouldn't buy this as a cosplay wig or as a everyday wig. I ended up buying another one from a different brand for cheaper and it is better quality which is disappointing.
