Purchased this for my daughter, thought it was so cute and I was right. Was like a pleathery type of feeling. The ruffles stayed in place through packaging and washing. Not sure about the glittery description as mine didn't have any glitter to it. My daughter was not fond of the sunglasses, but it was a cute addition to the outfit. Fit her true to size. Overall, would purchase again in a different color.

My daughter loves this skirt. Fit true to size. Awesome style. Looks as pictured. Good quality, washes well, and vibrant color! My daughter wears it often. And the glasses add the perfect touch to style with it!

So my daughter’s school does spirt week and one of the days is wear gold day and this skirt fits the bill.The skirt is true to size and the sunglasses are a great plus.

This skirt is stylish while being practical for a little girl. Even though it is practical, the ruffles and shine make it fun to wear too. The bonus sunglasses add to the fun. It fit true to size and had a good length for this age.

Purchased for my seven-year-old Swiftie niece who does gymnastics. The skirt itself is so stinking cute, and something she can wear with tights or shorts or leggings, and can dance around freely while still feeling very girly. The material reminds me of a dance costume.
