There are a few style elements of this swimsuit that are making it overly-complicated: the around-the-back strap makes it so my 8-year-old granddaughter can't put the top on by herself and it sits weird on her back. The shorts are a nice addition but the top waistband is too snug unless your kid is a stick. Sizing is accurate and the colors are vibrant so points for that. I really like that he shorts are swimsuit material so they can be worn in the water if you want

This is a great swimsuit set for active girls! My daughter is almost 11, and since this is one of her first two-pieces, she really likes having the shorts option for extra coverage when she’s playing hard at the pool or beach. The material is lightweight, stretchy, and dries quickly, and the fit is comfortable. The crisscross top is cute without being too grown-up, and I like that the set includes both shorts and bikini bottoms for versatility. Overall, it’s a solid choice for kids who want a stylish but practical swimsuit.My daughter is a very tall and lean almost-11-year-old and we got a size 11-12 which worked well. I'd say it's true to size. I'll update this review if we have any issues with it over the summer.

My daughter really likes this set. The first couple times she put it on the twist top kind of confused her, but she was able to get it figured out. The shorts are also made of a really nice swimsuit material also. The sizing does seem to run a little on the small side. My daughter is 11yo and usually wears an Athleta Girl size L (12) and is between a size 10 and size 12 in BKE jeans from the Buckle and I thought the size 11-12yo felt a tad snug on her, but she didn't complain about it being uncomfortable. That being said, sometimes with swim wear a snug fit is by design to avoid a loose fit once wet so I wasn't all that surprised by the way it fit and since my kiddo is happy, I am happy.

My granddaughter loves this classy little 3 pc swim suit set. It has a cute little pair of shorts, not picture of the bottoms as she tried them on over her undies, but they are cute as well. Of course, her favorite part was the top. It will get lots of wear this summer I am sure! Great set!

I will be returning this item, the fit is horrible and the pads in the top are definitely off, they are pointed and my granddaughter said absolutely not lol she refused to wear this on vacation, material was cheap, overall disappointed. Do not recommend this item .

Fits my 8 year old daughter perfectly! She’s about 60 lbs and roughly 49 inches . The pattern is flattering and the material is good stretchy soft quality! She especially loves that it came with shorts!
