Nice fit, comfortable. I ordered a Medium. Small would have probably fit, but I have a long torso and Medium is safe for bibs, I have found.

There are definite pros and cons to this bib design. First of all, I love the fabric that the shorts part is made of. It's soft, not too compressive, lightweight, and the leg grips are very comfortable. Based on a review I read before my purchase, I was worried the grips on the Sport version of the bib would be narrow and uncomfortable. If this was a problem before, it seems Giro has dealt with it. Another feature I appreciate is that the chamois is of a reasonable thickness. My sit bones can find the seat and I feel I can position myself properly in the seat wearing this bib. The bib also looks nice when I look in the mirror. In general, I find bibs give a more streamlined look with or without a jersey. The thinner chamois also prevents the ridiculous full diaper look that a thick chamois can create. An issue with the fit is that the mesh fabric used for the bib part has very little elastic in it and because it's a little bit too long I get creases. The halter, I think, was made intentionally loose, which serves a couple of functional purposes; but as it is it doesn't pull the bib up. Wearing a padded sports bra takes up extra room and gets rid of the creases, but I've found this is not the most comfortable option for me. So here are my issues with the Giro Chrono Sport Bib design: 1) The recycled fabric used to make the mesh bib top is rough, so it feels very uncomfortable on my skin. Even after washing, it's uncomfortable enough that I can't forget that I'm wearing it. It's actually pretty distracting; 2) Adding to the discomfort of the bib fabric is the elastic used at the top edge. This is what actually keeps the bib top in place so they could keep the halter loose. It's only about 1/4" wide and has rubber grip material on the inside. It runs along my back just under my shoulder blades and extends under my arms. It digs into the skin that's under my shoulder blades and at the very sensitive sides of my breasts; 3) Further adding to the discomfort of 1 and 2 are the pockets that were added to the back of the halter. The elastic at the top of the pockets (meant to make them secure) pulls the sides of the bib backward, so I feel pressure on my ribs; 4) For some reason, the chamois has an almost invisible seam down the center. It must be cut into the core material. I didn't notice the seam before wearing the bib, but when I got off my bike I felt discomfort and, looking down, I realized I had a cameltoe and the chamois was folded up into my crotch. After riding, I find it's uncomfortable to walk around in the bib because the now sweaty chamois wants to fold into an upside-down V and digs right into the tender soft tissue; and 5) Even though the halter is loose, because it's not made or covered with breathable, moisture-wicking material it eventually starts to feel like wet rubber around my neck. Eventually, I feel pressure at the back of my neck too. During my first ride in the bib, the tight, rough mesh bib top combined with my sports bra felt like a corset! I just needed to get it off. I couldn't really do anything about the bib, so I stopped at the side of a busy county road and removed my sports bra. That's how desperate I felt. It helped a little, but then my breasts had to deal with the rough material in the front. I believe I'm stuck with the bib now: I had to remove all the tags to ride in it. I'll probably have to wear a base layer under it which I'm not happy about. It's too bad because I like the halter idea and as it is, it looks nice. It's too bad about the choice of fabric. I'm thinking they should have kept it a simple, backless halter. And then why add pockets when the main purpose of creating a halter bib was to make it easier for a woman to pee while wearing a bib with a jersey? Having the pockets in the back assumes you're not wearing a jersey and if you're not wearing a jersey, well you really don't need a halter, do you? I'm sure there are lots of folks who like to stock up on snacks etc. and maybe there are some spin people who would wear the Giro Chrono Sport Bib without a jersey just for the look, but adding those pockets kind of undid a lot of the benefit of the halter. It's already harder to get the bib on and off because of that tube of rough, unyielding mesh fabric that I have to pull on and off. You can't just pull the shorts down quickly to "go" with the halter still around your neck. Now, that would have been the best design ever.
