We have 4 Labradors so bought three of these to expand the back seat of our truck to make it more comfortable for them. It works perfectly. These are a really good quality product. The Velcro around the lid is definitely very snug and hard to pry open but that’s a good thing. No chance the dogs can pull the lid off to access the storage inside. Highly recommend!

This fit perfect behind the driver's seat to make more room for my dog. Now she can put her head on my shoulder without precariously balancing over an empty space. I do not have to worry about injuries when I stop and she falls to the floor. There are three compartments inside the box: I use these for seasonal emergency items and dog supplies.

I have a 2021 Subaru Forester Sport. These work really well! Very sturdy, my dog (63 lb Boxer) actually laid down. The only downside is they leave a gap where the front seats split. I put an oblong throw pillow in the gap so she wouldn't step through the gap. An extension would be nice, otherwise this is perfect.

It is strong enough to use with my large dogs 80~ lbs. I'd give it 5 stars if the lip weren't so hard to open and close due to the velcro. You could probably cut the corners of the lid or something so that edges could be detatched first to help with this but I haven't bothered to try yet.

Used two of these in our 2017 ford explorer and they worked great! Slightly too high for our CRV but still works so dogs have more room to stretch out and not fall into footwell. Great to store pet stuff like water bowl, leashes, towels, tennis balls, and keep everything tidy/organized.

I purchased this product to go behind the seat of a Mazda 3 for long car trips. It just fits, but it's a very tight fit, which makes it hard to open and close the lid. As others have said, that velcro is strong! So instead, I have been using it as a storage box/step. I haven't tried 300 lbs, but I can attest that it can hold over 200 lbs. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it feels when I stand on it. It's a nice color and finished well. It would also work as shoe storage and a place to sit while you put shoes on.This does fit easily behind the seats in my Chevy Silverado, but since the seats fold all the way down to make a perfect backseat dog hangout, I don't need to use it there. If you have a small 4 door, this will work but be a snug fit. Anything with more cab space in the back seat will definitely fit.

I have bucket seats in my larger SUV and wanted extra storage that was multifunctional . This fits the bill for me . It easily folds down to store in the car if need be. It has 2 dividers that you can insert that attach with a strong velcro attachment. The lid actually has a velcro attachment around the perimeter so if you need to use it to lay something on it keeps it stable and the lid will not slip off. It fits between the seats as well as in front of the seats so I will be utilizing it as a center console storage as well.

Bought this for my 13 yr old Malamute/GSD (80lbs) who should not be jumping in and out if my truck with his hip arthritis.I liked that it also created a larger area for him in the back of my FJ Cruiser - and for this vehicle it fits perfectly in the rear footwell with the passenger seat adjusted about 2/3 if the way forward.For the FJ cruiser it is a perfect size and height for the dog to walk down from the back seat to the footwell to the step.It is holding up great and no signs of it sagging.The only caveat would be that if a large dog is using it you should either hold it in place with your foot or put a good deal of weight in it. As one time it did tip over as my dog came out of the truck quickly.It’s also awesome that it is not wasted space and allows for an area to put items I don’t want the dog to have access to as I don’t have a trunk.

Seems very sturdy for extra large breed dogs. Planned on using it for my Dane to make rides more comfortable. Returning because it does not fit in my V60, too tall and the angle of the floorboards in the backseat leaves a gap between the seat & the top of this.

This is a very nice study storage box/seat extender. It’s a little over 2” too tall for the backseat of my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe (cloth seats) so I’m not using it for it’s intended purpose. That being said, it’s such a nice box that I’ve put it in my trunk to place things (car jump starter, tire inflator, first aid kit) I don’t need immediate access too that I keep in my car for emergencies. It’s heavy enough to wrangle my XL reusable bags behind, but narrow enough that it doesn’t take up too much space and could be moved to behind the front seat if I need the full trunk area. Great buy, but measure you back seat height first. I figured because I have an SUV it wouldn’t be too tall, but I was wrong.
