I had an issue with this product and contacted the seller. I was quite surprised how quickly the seller responded to my concerns. Very impressed with their solutions and helping me resolve the issue. The product is amazing and I have had many compliments on this drafting table. It’s not only attractive but very sturdy and functional. The instructions are a bit complicated but if you lay everything out in order and pre assembly the steps, you’ll be able to figure out the build….. just take your time. Believe me you’ll be very happy with this table.

Great product and people support. Ordered this desk for my grandson. Because it was my first time ordering on line my card thought it was unusual and put it on hold. Got with them and cleared the purchase and was told to reorder and I did. On the product end it showed an order of two desks. Their rep noted the double order and reached out to double check the order. Great follow up. Received the desk ahead of estimated delivery date. Grandson and I assembled it with no problems. It is a quality product and I appreciate the attentive and caring staff.

I love the look of this desk - it's both airy and sturdy from the combo of metal and glass. Assembling it was straight forward and although it took roughly 2 hours that was because it's got some intricacy that they've built in and because I had kiddo helpers ;)My only complaint is that the drawers, which are tension not rolling, are actually pretty stiff - I've been using it every day for hours and I still have to really yank on a drawer to get it to come out. However, this makes it harder for kids to access my stuff, so there are pros and cons.Overall, definitely would buy again, love using it.
