These caulk sealing caps appear to be very similar (or maybe exactly the same) as small latex finger cots, which come in larger packs and a much smaller price tag than this product. That said, it does appear to work well (have only tested for a month thus far), and I'm not sure if you can get finger cots small enough to fit over the tip of a tube of caulk.

These do what is advertised. Did not look exactly like pictured, but close enough. They come in a tiny ziplock, so you'll want to store away from the sun to keep them functional long term. Luckily they come with a fine powder on them which is meant to help with preservation of the rubber. They fit perfectly on my caulk tube tips and held snuggly in place. A decent deal for 50 pieces and worth it in my opinion. I hate buying a big tube of caulk and then using less than a quarter of it for a project only to have to throw it away and buy a new tube the next time I need some. This should hopefully help prevent that extreme waste.
