My 12 yo daughter eats like a grown man and I have no idea where she puts it! However, she does eat healthy and this lunch box gave us plenty of room to put her salad, homemade lunchable, fruit, snacks and all the containers they go in. I love that it opens in the front for easy packing and access. Plenty of room for lots of food, snack, and drinks if you have growing kids! My only negative was that the ice pack condensation leaked through so it’s not really leak or water proof but I’d still recommend this product 10 times over!
